Why Riders Choose Skidee
Safety engineering, smart design, and genuine durability set Skidee apart in a crowded kids’ and adult scooter market.

Lean-To-Steer Technology
Intuitive body-lean steering replaces sharp handlebar turns, helping young riders develop natural balance and coordination while preventing sudden, unsafe pivots.

Adjustable & Foldable Build
Handlebars extend to match a child’s height as they grow, and a compact fold-down design makes storage and car transport effortless for parents on the move.

LED Light-Up Wheels
Motion-activated polyurethane wheels glow automatically when rolling — adding nighttime visibility and a dash of excitement that keeps kids riding longer and more confidently.
The Skidee Story
Skidee was founded by a team of dedicated scooter enthusiasts who set out to solve a common frustration: the market was full of cheap, short-lived kick scooters that let kids and parents down after just a few months of use.
The brand launched its flagship Y-series with a clear priority — build a scooter capable of growing alongside a child, from wobbly toddler first rides all the way through confident pre-teen cruising. The removable seat, adjustable handlebar, and three-wheel stability platform became signature features that parents quickly trusted.
As demand expanded beyond the under-12 bracket, Skidee introduced the X3M — a full-suspension, foldable model engineered for teens and adults with a 220 lb. weight capacity, 9-inch front wheels, and a ride quality suited to real daily use, not just the driveway.

Y-series models (Y100 and Y200) support up to 130 lbs. The X3M adult and teen model has a higher capacity of 220 lbs., making it a solid choice for older teens and full-grown adults.

What Riders & Parents Are Saying
Real feedback from families across the country who put Skidee scooters through the paces — backyard rides, neighborhood trips, and everything in between.

My daughter has been riding the Y200 for eight months and it still looks brand new. The LED wheels are a constant hit with her friends. Assembly took under ten minutes.

Bought the X3M for my teen son and honestly tried it myself — smooth and solid. The suspension really handles sidewalk cracks well and folding it for the car is quick and easy.
Tom B.

As a pediatric OT I started recommending Skidee for young patients building balance skills. The Y100’s lean-to-steer design is genuinely helpful and the build quality holds up to heavy daily use.
